October 8, 2008 - Client/Server Communications Library (CSC) v5.0 is DLL library component that is used to create server and client programs that can communicate with each other across any TCP/IP network such as the Internet. It supports one time passwords for security, can send and receive data buffers or entire files, and can encrypt data and files. Software works with MS Visual C/C++, Microsoft Foundation Class, Watcom 11, and LCC-WIN32, and can be used from GUI mode or console mode programs.

Version 5.0 of the Client/Server Communications Library for C/C++ Released


The MarshallSoft Client/Server Communications Library (CSC) is a communication component DLL library used to create server and client programs that can communicate with each other across any TCP/IP network such as the Internet.

Features of CSC include:
o Can be used to create both clients and servers.
o Supports "one time" passwords for improved security.
o Can send and receive data buffers or entire files.
o Data and files can be encrypted.
o Servers can handle multiple connections concurrently.
o Free technical support and updates for one year.
o Royalty free distribution with your compiled application.
o Evaluation versions are fully functional. No unlock code is required.
o Can be used from GUI mode or console mode programs.
o Is fully thread safe.
o Supports Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista.
o Works with Microsoft Visual C/C++ (4.0, 5.0, 6.0, VC .NET, and C# .NET).
o Works with Borland C/C++ (5.0, 5.5, and Borland C++ Builder [all versions]).
o Also works with Microsoft Foundation Class, Watcom 11 and LCC-WIN32.
o Does not depend on support libraries. Makes calls to Windows API functions only.
o Can be used with any language that can call the Windows API.
o Can be purchased with (or without) C source code for the DLL.

CSC4C can be used in the development of Win32 applications running under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista. The evaluation version of CSC4C is fully functional. Registration is $105 for email delivery and includes one year free updates. Source code (written in C) is available for $195.
