Timing Belts have tensile strength ranging from 190-1,400 N.

September 16, 2008 - Offered in belt widths of 6, 10, 16, 25, and 32 mm, AT3 endless timing belts have no weld zone, and feature minimum and maximum belt lengths of 720 and 1,701 mm, respectively. Tension member comes in steel/SS. Optional nylon facing on tooth side helps reduce coefficient of friction, while zero backlash pulleys are available for bidirectional belt drives. Belts are suited for small power drives requiring high tooth sheer strength as well as high speed applications.

Truly Endless Timing Belts in "AT3 Pitch"

BRECOflex Co., L.L.C., the pioneer and market leader in the polyurethane timing belt industry, is announcing a variety of new AT3 belt sizes in truly endless technology.

Truly endless timing belts have no weld zone and the belt tension member is uninterrupted for approximately 100% increased tensile strength compared with a spliced and welded timing belt.

AT3 truly endless timing belts are available in belt widths of 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, 25mm and 32mm. The minimum belt length is 720mm and the maximum belt length is 1701 mm. The tension member is available in steel or stainless steel. The allowable tensile strength varies from 190N to 1400N, depending on the belt width.

AT3 pitch timing belts are ideal for small power drives requiring a high tooth sheer strength and are suited for high speed applications.

AT3 also comes with optional nylon facing on the tooth side for reducing the coefficient of friction. Zero backlash pulleys are available for bidirectional belt drives.
