Charlotte, NC: Duff-Norton announces the new product release of the SCD Direct Drive SuperCylinder(TM) Electric Cylinders.
Duff-Norton now offers a complete line of direct drive Electric Cylinders with the introduction of the SCD Series electric cylinders. The SCD series Electric Cylinders have a maximum capacity of 3,780 lbs and a maximum speed of 13.6 in/sec.
Duff-Norton manufactures the industry's broadest range of high capacity Electric Cylinders. Features include capacities from 2 tons to 25 tons, clevis or trunnion mounting, offset, right angle, parallel, and in-line configurations; painted ductile iron or optional stainless steel housings, with speeds ranging up to 13.3 inches per second.
Duff-Norton Electric Cylinders are specially designed for a variety of commercial and industrial applications requiring opening and closing, tilting and pivoting, lifting and lowering and positioning.
