PLEASANTON, Calif., June 10, 2008 -- For photo enthusiasts and small and home offices looking for a color scanner that's ultra slim, portable and easy to use, Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) today unveiled the Xerox 7600, a compact flatbed scanner that conveniently plugs into their computer's USB bus.

Priced at only $99.99, the device can scan up to 1200 x 1200 dpi in 48-bit color and comes bundled with a suite of document and image management software that streamlines scanning processes.

The Xerox 7600 scanner includes Visioneer OneTouch® scanning technology to eliminate the multiple steps usually required to send scanned documents or photos to an application. With OneTouch scanning technology users can touch one button and complete the scanning task, not just launch the program.

The Xerox 7600 scanner includes front panel buttons to scan, copy, OCR and e-mail, and a fifth button for custom scan setting.
