Model VED05M Proportional Control Valve features On-Board electronic amplifier which is packaged within fully potted, anodized aluminum housing providing IP65 environmental protection. It also features Hall-Effect spool position sensor for closed spool inner loop operation. With field-replaceable components, valve is offered with numerous spool flow ranges, load metering styles, and various spring center conditions, and can be tailored to customer specifications.
Continental Hydraulics Introduces the VED05M Proportional Control Valve with On-Board Electronics
Savage, MN - Continental Hydraulics has introduced the VED05M Proportional Control Valve with an On-Board electronic amplifier and Hall Effect spool position sensor for closed spool inner loop operation.
The On-Board electronic amplifier is packaged within a fully potted, anodized aluminum housing providing a minimum of IP65 environmental protection. The new VED05M valves are shipped with all set points preset at the factory to catalog specification allowing immediate out-of-the-box installation and operation. All factory settings are easily changed through a user-friendly, windows based, Graphic User Interface allowing the VED05M to be tailored to customer specifications.
The VED05M valve is offered with numerous spool flow ranges, load metering styles and various spring center conditions enabling users to buy valves that will match their needs off-the-shelf, without customization.
All of the VED05M components are replaceable in-the-field, eliminating the need to send the valves back to the factory for servicing and/or the need to stock a spare valve for backup.
