Lincoln Electric Introduces RangerŽ 225 GXT with New Enclosed Case
o Enclosed case for engine protection
o 225 amps of welding output
o 10,500 watts peak single-phase AC generator power
o Rugged reliability
Cleveland - Ideal for construction contractors, maintenance crews, farmers and ranchers, Lincoln Electric's RangerŽ 225 GXT welder generator delivers great performance - smooth AC/DC welding output and 10,500 watts peak generator power - with the added protection of a new fully enclosed case.
Entirely Enclosed Case
The Ranger 225 GXT's enclosed case provides additional engine protection for rugged onsite welding applications and lower noise than a partially enclosed or unenclosed welder of comparable size and output. It also provides additional protection and easy service access through three engine doors.
Versatile AC/DC Welding
This engine-driven welder handles a variety of basic welding jobs with 225 amp/25 volt welding output for stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding as well as arc gouging. Its smooth AC/DC welding output is designed for a broad range of stick electrodes, such as Lincoln Electric's ExcaliburŽ 7018 (AWS E7018) and FleetweldŽ 5P+ (AWS E6010).
AC Generator Power
The Ranger 225 GXT offers 10,500 watts, the most peak power in its product class (use peak power for motor starting). With 9,000 watts of continuous generator power, its high capacity AC generator is ideal for meeting high frequency needs such as powering a plasma cutter or inverter welder; serving as back-up power generator; or operating power tools such as lights or a grinder.
Reliable
Rangers have been subjected to an extensive testing program to ensure reliable operation in a wide variety of environmental conditions. Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements, the Ranger carries Lincoln's three-year warranty.
