July 31, 2008 - With control voltage range of 0-15 V, Model CVCO55BES-0950-2050 VCO features typical phase noise of -99 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. It offers input voltage of 10 V with maximum current consumption of 20 mA, and second harmonic suppression of -30 dBc typical. Available in industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, unit is suited for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.

New 950-2050 MHz VCO from Crystek Corporation


Fort Myers, FL, July 14, 2008 - Crystek's CVCO55BES-0950-2050 VCO operates from
950 MHz to 2050 MHz with a control voltage range of 0V~15V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -99 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The model CVCO55BES-0950-2050 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 10 V, with a max current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.50 MHz and 1.00 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -30 dBc typical.

The CVCO55BES-0950-2050 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
