240 Watt LED Lighting Power Supply is Class II Compliant

Richardson, TX - June 25, 2008 -- DongAh Elecomm has announced the release of their new LED-240 Series of 240 Watt switching power supplies designed for outdoor LED lighting/sign applications.

The LED-240 features 240 Watts of power in an IP65 rated aluminum enclosure for wet environments combined with four isolated and independently regulated 12VDC outputs rated at 5 amps each with UL1310 / 1585 approval. The four 60W outputs meets NEC Class II safety requirements. The unit uses zero voltage switching with four independent synchronous buck regulators to reduce low frequency noise, improve transient response and increase efficiencies. This convection cooled power supply offers small size of only 4.84 x 6.54 x 2.22", Universal AC Input, active PFC for EN6100-3-2 Compliance, Class B Emissions, and >85% efficiency.
