Meeting performance properties of solvent-borne systems without associated health and safety hazards, Aqua - Thane 2K water-borne coating exhibits abrasion, solvent, and chemical resistance including Skydrol, and maintains hardness. Film build of 4-8 mil wet is achieved without foaming, gassing, or flow problems. HAPS free system offers adhesion to steel, aluminum, galvanized metals (both electroplated and hot-dipped), and various stainless steel, PVC, and carbon/fiberglass composites.

Excalibur's latest advancement in the going green coatings market is the development of Aqua - Thane, patent pending, 2K water-borne acrylic polyurethane technology. Aqua - Thane has been the main project of Excalibur's Research & Development laboratory for the last eight years.
