Designed for use in inspection of internal/external threads in production parts, TVM-SC Thread Verification Module checks thread size, depth, and quality by powering gage probe into and back out of thread. Models are available with torque from 10-250 in.-oz, for inspecting threads from M3 to M50. Suited for applications where there can be variety of part types and thread sizes, unit meets both high and low volume demand, and offers GO gaging, NO GO gaging, and combination gaging.

TVM-SC Thread Verification Module Developed by New Vista Corporation
Baltimore, MD - New Vista Corporation has developed a turnkey Thread Verification Module for use in the inspection of internal or external threads in production parts. The TVM-SC is a cost efficient way to meet both high and low volume demand, at high production speeds. The unit checks thread size, depth and quality by powering a gage probe into and back out of a thread. GO gaging, NO GO gaging, and combination gaging are all possible. Models are available with torque from 10 in-oz up to 250 in-oz, for inspecting threads from M3 to M50 (#4 thru 2").
These Thread Verification Modules are designed for applications where there can be a variety of part types and thread sizes. Threads are checked successively; each thread inspection takes about two seconds. The TVM-SC utilizes New Vista's patented Thread Verification system, which ensures the gage will never become jammed in a hole, or attempt to cut secondary threads.
