July 15, 2008 - Designed for laser etching, engraving, and marking systems , PolyScience 5000 and 6000 Series recirculating chillers maintain process temperatures from -10 to up to +70°C with ±0.1°C stability. Available with ¼ to 1 hp compressors, they feature temperature and pressure/flow rate digital readouts, one-touch temperature control, ambient temperature tracking, and integral temperature, pressure, and flow alarms. Units can be equipped with centrifugal, positive displacement, or turbine pumps.

Niles, IL - A line of economical chillers designed to provide reliable heat removal for laser etching, engraving, and marking systems is now available from PolyScience. Designed specifically for use with lasers and other temperature sensitive instrumentation, PolyScience 5000 Series and 6000 Series Recirculating Chillers are capable of maintaining process temperatures from -10° to up to +70°C with ±0.1°C stability, provide up to 2900 watts / 9.889 BTU/hour of heat removal, and are available with ¼ to 1 HP compressors.

Compact, portable, and extremely robust, these high-performance chillers also offer extremely user-friendly operation. Standard features include extra-large temperature and pressure/flow rate digital readouts, one-touch temperature control, and ambient temperature tracking capability as well as integral temperature, pressure, and flow alarms. For optimum versatility, each chiller can be equipped with the pump type - centrifugal, positive displacement, or turbine - that best meets the pressure and flow rate requirements of the cooling application. A DI water package and remote control capability are also available as options.
