July 15, 2008 - Model TL3315 surface mount tactile switch has electrical life of 200,000-1,000,000 cycles depending on operating force. Unit features 100, 160, and 250 gf operating force, contact rating of 50 mA at 15 Vdc, contact resistance of 200 mW max (initial), insulation resistance of 50 MW (min at 100 Vdc), and dielectric strength of 250 Vac rms. With -20 to +70°C operating temperature range, switch suits consumer electronics, audio/visual, and medical applications.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN --- E-Switch announces the TL3315 - a new surface mount tactile switch with an extremely low profile - only 0.55mm! With applications in many industries, this switch has multiple operating force options so you can choose what works best in your design. Specifications include:

Electrical Life - 200,000 cycles up to 1,000,000 cycles depending on operating force
Operating Force - 100, 160 and 250 gf
Contact Rating - 50mA @ 15 VDC
Contact Resistance - 200 milliohms max (initial)
