Suited for medical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other applications where magnetism is an issue, DEFENDER features 1-piece rolled 304 SS construction, and can take radial and axial load of 170 and 89 lb, respectively. Sliding Carriage Block body features 3 hardened, 440C rollers with 2RS seals, and eccentric center roller allows for pre-load adjustment and smooth movement without clearance. Unit has operating temperature range of -30 to 100°C.

The DEFENDER all stainless linear bearing slide takes on corrosive environments and applications where magnetism is an issue. The rail is a one piece rolled 304 SS construction. The Sliding Carriage Block body is 304SS which features 3 hardened, 440C rollers with 2RS seals. The rollers are sealed-for-life with mineral oil for food process applications. The center roller is an eccentric which allows for pre-load adjustment and smooth movement without clearance.

DEFENDER Rail will take a radial load of approximately 170 Lbs while taking an axial load of 89 pounds.
