Centerline Conveyor is designed for carton size changeovers.


July 3, 2008 - Centerline Conveyor for Inkjet Printing Systems moves printheads and guide rails in and out with one crank adjustment handle, reducing changeover time between carton sizes. It handles carton widths from 10.5-25.5 in. and can be used with Hi-Resolution Inkjet, DOD Valvejet, or Continuous Inkjet Printers. Unit offers standard speed of 65 fpm, with other speeds available and option of variable speed. Overall conveyor length is 6 ft x 46 in. (cranked in) or 6 ft x 61 in. (cranked out) wide.

Centerline Conveyor for Inkjet Printing Systems Ideal for Varying Carton Widths


Fort Worth, TX - ID Technology, a division of Pro Mach and a leading provider of labeling, coding and marking solutions, has designed a time-saving solution for carton size changeovers. The new Centerline Conveyor for Inkjet Printing Systems moves printheads and guide rails in and out with one crank adjustment handle, significantly reducing changeover time between carton sizes. The conveyor system handles carton widths from 10.5" - 25.5" and can be used with Hi-Resolution Inkjet, DOD Valvejet or Continuous Inkjet Printers.

Split guide rails and printhead mounting allows printing at the bottom of the cartons. Standard conveyor speed is fixed @ 65 feet per minute, with other speeds available and the option of variable speed. Overall conveyor length is 6 feet by 46" (cranked in) or 61" (cranked out) wide.
