June 26, 2008 - Based on advanced true quad-core architecture, AMD Phenom(TM) X4 processors feature HyperTransport(TM) 3.0 and Cool'n'Quiet(TM) 2.0 technology. AMD Phenom X4 9850 Black Edition has clock multiplier control for tunable performance that allows users to run multiple processor-intensive applications simultaneously. AMD Phenom X4 9550, 9650, 9750, and 9850 Black Edition offer 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 GHz frequencies, respectively.

Led by the AMD Phenom X4 9850 Black Edition processor, each CPU features true quad-core design, and when matched to AMD 790 series chipsets supports up to four award-winning ATI Radeon(TM) HD 3800 series graphics cards.
