Incorporating Statek Corporation Crystal, high precision quartz based oscillator is suited for GPS, WiMax, exploration tracking, and navigation equipment.

Featuring G-Sensitivity <1x10-9 and Phase Noise of -155 dBc/Hz at the floor Greenray Industries 5x7mm TCXO incorporating a Statek Corporation Crystal is ideal for a wide range of wireless applications especially battery powered mobile applications including GPS, WiMax, exploration tracking and navigation equipment where stability during vibration and temperature fluctuations is critical.
The TCXO is available in a small 5x7 mm ceramic package stable to ±0.5ppm -40 to +85 degrees celsius with very low current consumption down to a typical 1mA.
Available at 5.0V, 3.3V or 3.0V DC Supply Voltage and within a frequency range of 10MHz to 50MHz.
