June 17, 2008 - Working with all versions of 32-bit Fujitsu COBOL, SMTP/POP3/IMAP Library for COBOL (SEE4CB) v5.0 can be used to send, receive, and parse mail including HTML and MIME Base64 and quoted-printable encoded attachments. It works with all Windows computers from Win95 through Vista.
