Supporting vibrating wire strain gauges and generic geologic sensors such as inclinometers, extensometers, piezometers, pressure cells, and crack/tilt meters, Models DT80G and DT85G feature 5 and 16 analog input channels for 5-15 and 16-48 sensors, respectively. They have 8 digital channels, 4 counter channels, and 1 relay output. Units offer up to 5 million points of internal data storage, built-in web server and FTP support, as well as serial, USB, and Ethernet communication interfaces.
Datataker has enhanced the extremely popular DT80 family of data loggers with the addition of the DT80G and DT85G. These new loggers offer support for Vibrating Wire Strain Gauges and other Geotechnical sensors. They are compatible with sensors from leading manufacturers including Slope Indicator, RST Instruments, Geokon, Soil Instruments, Roctest and AGI.
The DT80G and DT85G support many generic geologic sensors such as inclinometers, extensometers, piezometers, pressure cells, crack meters and tilt meters for applications such as tunnel excavation, dam wall monitoring, mining exploration, landslide monitoring, and bridge monitoring.
The DT80G and DT85G also offer all of the standard capabilities of the DT8x Series 2 data loggers including:
o DT80G - 5 Analog Input Channels for 5 to 15 sensors
o DT85G - 16 Analog Input Channels for 16 to 48 sensors
o Voltage, Current, Resistance, Thermocouple, RTD and Thermistor Inputs
o 8 Digital Channels, 4 High Speed Counter Channels and 1 Relay Output
o Up to 5 million points of internal data storage
o Support for expanded storage and data transfer with USB memory sticks
o Serial, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces
o Built-in Web Server and FTP support
