With ability to print plastic, paper, and biodegradable plastic disposable cups from 3½ to 24 oz sizes, Model T-4 offers multi color printing by running parts through machine second time. Laser/servo system registers second and third colors by reading leading edge of first color image, while servo controlled turret and print stroke provide speed with overload protection. UV curing has air cooled quartz insulator to protect heat sensitive foam from distortion.
Systematic Automation Inc. Farmington CT. has introduced the Model T-4 Precision Screen Printer for foam cups. The machine also prints plastic, paper and biodegradable plastic disposable cups from 3½ to 24 ounce sizes. Multi color printing is accomplished by running the parts thru the machine a second time. A laser/servo system registers the second and third colors by reading the leading edge of the first color image. A patented servo controlled turret and servo controlled print stroke provide speed with overload protection. Tapered parts are forced to follow the screen speed at the center of the image by electronically synchronizing the cup drive with the servo driven screen motion. UV curing has a special air cooled quartz insulator to protect heat sensitive foam from distortion.
