Suited for assembly of compact power packs, B Series pumps feature 7 cc per revolution, while G Series pumps have displacement of up to 63 cc per revolution for applications in upper power classes. U and T Series pumps offer low noise emissions and vibrations, and satisfy demands for all displacements between 4 and 63 cc per revolution. Individual/combined multiple external gear pumps are suited for machines with operating pressure of 4,000 psi and cover speed range up to 6,000 rpm.
Rexroth's Expanded External Gear Unit Line Offers More Than 5,000 Variants - ConExpo 2008
Rexroth External Gear Units
With Rexroth's expanded external gear unit offering, users can choose from more than 5,000 pump variants and over 500 motor variants to find the precise arrangement, regardless of the power class requirement.
(Bethlehem, PA - www.boschrexroth-us.com) Bosch Rexroth has expanded its line of external gear units with the addition of two new SILENCE pump series and optimized standard series. Users can now select from among more than 5,000 pump variants and over 500 motor variants available in Rexroth's modular line of external gear units to find the optimal configuration for a wide range of requirements in all power classes.
A configuration tool is available on the Internet at www.boschrexroth.com/azconfigurator for an easy and reliable way to choose the best solution for specific requirements.
The redesigned B and G Series pumps are now even more powerful. Increased to seven cubic centimeters per revolution, the displacement of the B Series pumps has been doubled, making these devices ideal for the assembly of compact power packs.
The displacement of G Series pumps has also been enlarged, with displacements up to 63 cubic centimeters per revolution for applications in the upper power classes. For special requirements, such as high numbers of load cycles and relatively long service life, versions with cast-iron bodies are now available as well. In addition, with the U and T Series, Rexroth presents the SILENCE pump in two new nominal sizes. These pumps, which are characterized by low noise emissions and vibrations, also satisfy demands for all displacements between 4 and 63 cubic centimeters per revolution.
The individual or combined multiple external gear pumps from Rexroth are designed for machines and systems with a maximum operating pressure of 4000 psi and cover a speed range up to 6,000 rpm. The external gear motors are characterized by low starting pressure and, like the pumps, offer a high power density and high efficiency with economical lifecycle costs.
