New Moyno(R) 2000 HS System Offers Maximum Flexibility in System Configuration

Springfield, Ohio, USA, March 12, 2002 - The new Moyno® 2000 HS System is the cost-effective alternative to expensive, high-maintenance piston pumps and open conveyors for dewatered sludge transfer in municipal wastewater treatment. Designed to provide maximum system configuration flexibility, the 2000 HS System features an integral hopper with a twin-screw auger feeder and a Moyno® Model 2000 G4 progressing cavity pump that efficiently
handles semi-dry, high solids content material.

The Moyno 2000 HS System offers the following configurations to meet specific applications:
- C-Flow - for the smallest footprint
- S-Flow - for the smoothest flow path into the pump
- T-Flow - for low vertical height
- U-Flow - for low vertical height
- Z-Flow - for low vertical height

The new system features a non-pulsing flow, which translates into significantly lower operating pressures. Its twin screw feeder supplies a constant pressurized feed rate to the pump resulting in a 100% pump cavity fill rate. The enhanced design of the Ultra-Feed(TM) pump rotor further contributes to superior volumetric efficiency.
