With tangential feed and power tilt adjustable hopper, Model SG-3690 Central Standard Rotor Granulator has 14 x 35 in. cutting chamber with 2 x 2 cutting blades and 3 x 2 rotating blades. Noise-free granulator features open welded steel rotor blade cutting design that cuts plastic into small, cleanly balanced granules with minimal amount of dust. Available in 460 or 230 V, it can be used beside the press for grinding sprues, runners, and rejected parts.

The Shini USA Central Granulators, available in 460 or 230 volt, incorporate a standard welded steel rotor cutting design ensuring well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust. All parts are accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance. The granulators with the drop-down screen cradle and power tilt mechanism on the infeed hopper are easy to maintain and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance. Use beside the press, grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts.
The noise-free granulators feature an open rotor blade cutting design which allows the grinder to cut the plastic into small, cleanly balanced granules.
