Nested Parts Finisher extracts and stacks in single step.


April 25, 2008 - Finestac Nested Part Finisher® fully automates extraction and stacking of gaskets and similar die cut nested parts. Batch count can be preset, and unit comes with color touch screen and software. Finisher works inline with any die cutting system, and extracts parts so that they are scratch-free in stacks up to 89 mm tall. Scrap material is collected on conveyor and transported to separate waste bin.

Manufacturers of gaskets and similar die cut nested parts can now fully automate extraction and stacking of finished parts with the newly released Spartanics Finestac Nested Part Finisher This new technology eliminates the delays and human errors of manual slug and scrap extraction and delivers neatly stacked products ready for packaging--- in one step! -

Paul Dirienzo, Spartanics Director of Engineering, says, "In one stroke, the Spartanics Finestac Nested Part Finisher will immediately stack parts by part number, and fully remove slugs and scrap at a proven Six Sigma success rate. Parts come out ready to go into a box for shipping.
