March 28, 2008 - With ability to heat, dry, and/or cure liquid or powder coatings on small, medium, and large 3D products, Heavy Duty Gas Fired or Electrically Heated Batch Oven systems feature air recirculation and exhaust system as well as insulated enclosure. They have digital timer, auto-shutdown, real-time clock, maintenance prompts/auto dialer, and hour meter. Bi-parting doors feature 12 ga exterior with supports, ball bearing hinges, and FM approved safety latches.

David Weisman, L.L.C. is pleased to introduce its latest Heavy Duty Gas Fired or Electrically Heated Batch Oven Systems designed for customers to heat, dry and/or cure liquid and powder coatings on small, medium and large 3-dimensional products. The system features quality gas fired burners or electric heating elements and controls, a unique air recirculation and exhaust system, and a heavy duty energy efficient oven insulated enclosure. System can be used as a stand-alone or as part of a complete batch coating system. Systems built complete and tested to stringent quality standards prior to shipment. Product bulletin attached.

Background David Weisman, L.L.C. designs and manufactures gas & electric infrared heater/control packages, and infrared, hot air/convection & combinations ovens. Applications include: Preheat/boost, cure, dry, postheat/postcure solvent & water-based paint and powder coatings on products. Heating for conveyorized metal, plastic, wood, etc. parts and paper, film, foil and textile continuous webs. Small to medium sized conveyorized ovens and turn-key systems. Automated or batch processes.
