Designed for applications in harsh environments, Model GEME-12000 offers extended working temperature range of -20 to 60°C and vibration resistance up to 3 G. It has front side access design with various I/O interfaces, including dual LAN ports, 1 CompactFlash slot, AC'97 audio ports, 2 USB ports, and 2 serial ports (RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485). Fanless embedded controller supports Windows® XP/XP Embedded, Windows® CE .NET 5.0, and Linux operating systems.

Irvine, CA (March 14, 2008) - ADLINK Technology Inc. announces the GEME-12000, a new ultra compact, fanless embedded controller, equipped with the ultra low power consumption AMD Geode(TM) LX800 processor. Designed for applications in harsh environments, the GEME provides a fanless and completely sealed design to prevent dust contamination and to increase reliability which ensures operational stability.
The GEME-12000 also offers an extended working temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) and excellent vibration resistance up to 3G and makes for an extremely reliable and stable platform. Like all embedded controllers in the GEME series, the GEME-12000 provides an expandable architecture with optional motion, I/O, and communications modules through PMC or PC/104 interfaces.
The GEME-12000 has front side access design with various I/O interfaces, including dual LAN ports, one CompactFlash slot, AC'97 audio ports, two USB ports, and two serial ports (RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485).
