High Shear Mixer is designed for vacuum operation.

March 21, 2008 - Suited for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and particle size reduction, Model LCI-V offers 1 hp variable speed drive for operation up to 10,000 rpm. It features 316 SS wetted parts, vacuum and jacketed mix vessel, raw material addition ports in cover, and slotted, square hole, fine screen, and round hole stator heads. Benchtop unit includes temperature probe as well as tachometer, timer, speed, power draw, and automated raise/lower controls.

Laboratory High Shear Mixer Offered for Vacuum Operation

Charles Ross & Son Company has introduced a new benchtop model of its popular line of High Shear Rotor/Stator Mixers. Ross High Shear Mixers are ideal for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and particle size reduction.

This new LCI-V model is offered with many standard features including:
o 1 HP variable speed drive for operation up to 10,000 rpm
o 316 stainless steel wetted parts
o Four stator heads - slotted, square hole, fine screen and round hole
o Temperature probe to monitor batch temperature
o Vacuum and jacketed mix vessel
o Raw material addition ports in cover
o Controls including tachometer, timer, speed, power draw & automated raise/lower
