Powered either from PC or from external power supply, palm-sized adapter uses USB2.0's full bandwidth (480 Mbps) for rapid screen update without compromising accuracy or detail, and offers bandwidths from 5-25 MHz, sampling rates up from 40-200 MS/sec, and buffer sizes from 8,000-16,000 samples.

Ultra-Compact Scope Adds Arbitrary Waveform Generator

Pittsford, NY: PS 2000 series of scope adapters economically combine oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and arbitrary waveform generator capabilities in a tiny 3.9" x 5.3" x 1.8" rugged PC- powered housing weighing less than 8oz.

Palm-sized PS2000 adapters offer two scope channels and a built-in signal generator which can produce standard library-stored waveforms, but they can also output user-defined waveforms using a powerful built-in arbitrary waveform generator.

Powered either solely from a PC or from an external power supply, PS2000 series adapters use USB2.0's full bandwidth (480 Mbps) for rapid screen update without compromising accuracy or detail. Unbeaten for functionality and price, PS2000 series adapters offer bandwidths from 5 to 25 MHz, sampling rates up from 40MS/s to 200 MS/s, and buffer sizes from 8 to 16Ksamples.

Windows software provided with the PS2200 series is powerful yet easy to operate, making the most of a PC's capabilities: processing power, storage, graphics and communications. And the familiar Windows interface and controls makes the software easy to learn and use on a daily basis. With the click of a button, you can change from Time Domain to Frequency Domain for immediate use as a spectrum analyzer. A full range of settings gives you control over spectrum bands, window types and display modes. Data can be easily saved in a variety of formats. Drivers and examples for LabVIEW, C/C++, Delphi and VB are also included for customer- specific applications.
