Charles Ross & Son Company has announced the design of a new model of its popular line of Ribbon Blenders.
The new B-Blenders are now available at substantially lower prices, as a result of new manufacturing plants, higher volume production and a design change. Previously, standard blenders were designed to mix materials up to 64 lbs. cu. ft., the new B designs will blend materials up to 32 lbs. cu.ft. B Blenders are kept in stock for immediate shipment in the following sizes: 10, 18 and 36 cu.ft. working capacity. The blenders are constructed in stainless steel, and polished to a smooth 80-grit finish on the exterior and interior surfaces. Standard manually operated knife gate valves located in the bottom center of the trough are included.
Ross manufactures a range of Ribbon Blenders in sizes from ½ through 515 cu.ft. working capacity. Standard options include sanitary stuffing boxes, jackets for heating or cooling, vacuum or pressure design, sanitary designs, covers to meet customers production needs and special controls for full load starting.
