Cable Assemblies meet VESA DisplayPort specifications.

January 28, 2008 - Supporting VESA DisplayPort specification for both high and low bit rate cables, Receptacles and Cable Assemblies enable high definition media content on computers and flat panels. Cable assemblies are available in standard 2 m lengths (base part number 2013683), as well as 10 and 15 m lengths for longer applications, while receptacles (base part number 2013655) are available in surface mount design. Direct drive monitor cable assemblies are also available.

Tyco Electronics offers cable assemblies and receptacles that are designed to meet the VESA DisplayPort digital audio/video interconnect specification for both high and low bit rate cables. These new products enable high definition media content on computers and flat panels.

Tyco Electronics offers cable assemblies and receptacles that are designed to meet the VESA DisplayPort digital audio/video interconnect specification for both high and low bit rate cables. These new products enable high definition media content on computers and flat panels.

Cable assemblies are available in standard two-meter lengths (base part number 2013683), as well as 10- and 15-meter lengths for longer applications. Other custom lengths are available upon request. Also available are "direct drive" monitor cable assemblies for direct interconnect of DisplayPort equipped computer monitors where required.

Tyco Electronics' receptacles (base part number 2013655) for DisplayPort applications are available in a surface mount (SMT) design.
