Open-Table Hybrid Laser System Simplifies Operability, Maintenance
December 11, 2007
Mitsubishi Laser's HV hybrid laser machines incorporate an open table for operability and simplified maintenance. The simple beam path is highly stable, and a long Z-axis stroke offers an expanded application range, reports the company.
The new HVP model includes a pallet changer that acts as a second table that operators can interchange with the primary table, decreasing downtime.
The series includes reduced secondary operations and MC Diamond Soft® CAD/CAM software. Upgraded features include fast processing speeds, increased machine tool rigidity, and a servo-control system.
