San Rafael, CA

PAC Machinery Group (PMG) announces the addition of a new Automatic L-Bar Sealer and Tunnel to its shrink packaging equipment line with the introduction of the model DEM F-Auto(TM) series at PACK EXPO Las Vegas (Booth #1011).

This high speed Automatic L-Bar Sealer can produce higher production rates (up to 3,000 packs/hr) than conventional Automatic L-Bar Sealers. The DEM F-Auto(TM) is a state of the art design with a heavy-duty frame for 24/7 operations and includes many options as standard.

It includes a Center Sealing System to automatically adjust the seal at the center of each package eliminating manual adjustments, making it ideal for quick changeover and for contract packaging applications. Included as standard is a seal bar closing conveyor system for small product transfer. The stylish European Design and Operator Interface uses a 16-bit microprocessor capable of storing up to ten product settings.

A machine performance monitoring system makes operation simple and efficient and provides versatility and longevity. The DEM F-Auto model is CE Compliant and has been designed for Reduced Power Consumption. For more information visit www.pacmachinery.com.
