Performing at ambient operating temperatures up to 55°C, Model ESD-50/CEP delivers 50 A continuous with dc bus voltage of 620 V and maximum output of 100 A, while Model ESD-25/CEP delivers 25 A continuous and 50 A output. They can be used as standalone indexing or positioning controllers in master/slave motion applications, or as part of multi-axis system on SERCOS network. Up to 16 servomotors and I/O can be synchronized using IIS Emerald Series SERCOS master controller.

Continuing to expand the Emerald Series Motion Control product line, Industrial Indexing Systems has added two new servodrive products to the family. Both new servodrives feature a direct 440 VAC input and are functionally equivalent to the existing reliable line of 220 VAC drives.
The ESD-50/CEP model can deliver 50 amps continuous with a DC bus voltage of 620 Volts. The ESD-25/CEP model in the lineup will deliver 25 amps continuous. Maximum current output is 100 amps and 50 amps respectively. Best of all, these ratings are valid to an ambient operating temperature of 55°C, where most drive manufacturers rate their product at 40°C.
The advance compact drive design allows efficient packaging for new systems or as a retrofit drive to upgrade an existing system. Emerald Series drives are used as standalone indexing or positioning controllers, used in a master/slave motion applications, or as part of a multi-axis system on a SERCOS network. Synchronize up to 16 servomotors and I/O using the IIS Emerald Series SERCOS master controller.
