Clayton, DE (Vocus) August 21, 2007 -- Eagle Foodservice Equipment announces a full line of PancoŽ transport holding cabinets for heating, proofing, and heating/proofing processes. These NSF-, UL-, and CUL- approved cabinets feature durable all-aluminum construction and accommodate full- or half-size sheet pans. An optional combo slide is available and accommodates 12x20 food pans.
Cabinets are equipped with exterior-accessible controls for easy adjustment without interrupting food processes. Features include a digital display, adjustable thermostatic temperature control with an adjustable humidity control also included on proofing models.
Eagle offers aluminum frame extrusion, heavy duty bumpers, heavy duty casters, and digital temperature controls as standard features on every model. Also, only Eagle offers the patented Temp-Gard(TM) Airflow Design for even circulation.
Full perimeter bumpers and non-marking, heavy-duty polymer brake swivel casters make for easy, go-anywhere portability. The bottom-mounted power pack carries a 2000 watt heating capacity, capable of holding foods at temperatures up to 200°F. This power pack is easily removable for cleaning and servicing.
PancoŽ transport holding cabinets are offered in full or half size, with removable or fixed tray slides. They can be ordered with a variety of door combinations, including those with see-through windows. Cabinet doors feature a compact 270 degree door swing design and positive-closing magnetic door latch. Insulated units only come standard with a colored stripe on each side for easy identification.
