The new Douglas High-Speed Continuous Motion AxiomŽ BCL case/tray packers use electronic motion controls to easily fit your application and constantly changing product life cycles. The AxiomŽ BCL adapts to many product types at speeds to 80 cases/trays per minute. The machine runs wraparound case blanks with inside or outside manufacturers' flaps or trays.
Features include a walk-in frame design that allows operator and maintenance personnel to quickly and efficiently complete changeovers and preventive maintenance and full-length polycarbonate guard doors for easy troubleshooting. A large size range and an intuitive HMI simplify the addition of future product sizes.
