Ortronics/Legrand Introduces Clarity® Rear-Loading Individual Jack Panels

NEW LONDON, Conn., June 6 -- Ortronics/Legrand, a global leader in high performance copper, fiber and wireless structured cabling solutions, introduces Clarity rear-loading individual jack panels. The new panels utilize reduced size Clarity 6 and 5E panel jacks that can be terminated and easily snapped in place from the back of the patch panel.

Available in flat or angled versions, with 24, 48, or 72 ports, the new panels offer a wide variety of panel configurations that are field configurable and easy to install. The recessed design of the angled panels provides a lower mounted profile and directs cords more easily to vertical management, offering a high density solution for installations with limited rack space.

Like all Ortronics Clarity patch panels, the new rear-load panel jacks are ETL tested and verified to TIA Category 6 and 5e component specifications. They are precision tuned with Clarity patch cords using Ortronics center tuned technology for significantly improved cross talk and return loss performance that is field measurable in the link or channel.

Clarity rear-load panel jacks are icon compatible for easy port identification. They feature universal T568A/B wiring and support standard 110 termination practices. In addition, they are RoHS compliant (meeting all lead- free requirements). Panels are supplied without jacks. Jacks are available in several colors and can be ordered individually or in full carton quantities of 24.
