New Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing

Fort Worth, TX July 6, 2007 - In response to the increasing demands of applications for chemical lines, acid lines used in wet benches and CMP process equipment, Parker introduces it's new Low Permeation PFA Tubing. Although this unique tubing was designed to meet the increasing needs of the semiconductor industry, Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing is useful in any industry where permeation is a problem that affects the purity of process chemicals.

Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing exceeds all other PFA offerings, with none of the disadvantages of the other PFA products currently on the market. Unlike a standard High Purity PFA tubing where permeation and oxidation cause premature failure of the tubing and foul the purity of the chemical or process media inside the tube, Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing minimizes this problem. In addition, Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing increases the cycle life of the equipment, reduces maintenance downtime, and reduces overall operation costs.

Parker Low Permeation PFA Tubing is available in standard sizes as small as ½" OD x .062" wall, ¾" OD x .062" wall, 1" OD x .062" wall. Additional Sizes will be made available shortly.
