June 25, 2007 - Suited for medical and mobility applications, Multi Axial Rotational Connector (MARC) mates while traveling through arc with 3 in. minimum radius. Rated to 10,000 mating cycles and constructed of chemically resistant PBT plastic, product features 8 Powerpole circuits integrated into blind mate housing, 2 row horizontally oriented connector using flat wiping contacts. It is rated to 30 A, and can be configured with 8 or 6 standard length and 2 pre-mate ground contacts.

Anderson Power Products® Offers Multi Axial Rotational Connector


Anderson Power Products® (APP), a leader in high power interconnect solutions, offers its Multi Axial Rotational Connector (MARC). Ideal for medical and mobility applications, the MARC is designed to mate while traveling through an arc with a 3-inch minimum radius. The MARC is rated to 30Amps while combining power, signal, and ground circuitry into one package.

Featuring 8 Powerpole circuits integrated into a blind mate housing, the two row horizontally oriented connector uses APP's industry leading flat wiping contacts and can be configured with 8 standard length contacts or 6 standard length and 2 pre-mate ground contacts. The UL listed MARC features mechanically keyed housing to ensure proper mating and enables rotational blind mating with approximately .090 inches of error correction.

The MARC is rated to 10,000 mating cycles and constructed of a chemically resistant PBT plastic, making it extremely rugged and durable.
