Equipped with HV High Viscosity mixing blades, 500 gal Double Planetary Mixer allows mixing of extremely viscous materials up to 8,000,000 cps. Mixer features stainless steel construction, full vacuum operation, jacketed mix vessel for heating or cooling, dual post air/oil hydraulic lift, and mix vessel on caster wheels. Heavy-duty unit is suited for non-flowing materials that require deaeration to insure an air free product before packaging.

Charles Ross & Son Company recently introduced its improved 500 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer.
The mixer is equipped with special "HV" High Viscosity mixing blades. The "HV" blade design permits the mixing of extremely viscous materials up to 8,000,000 cps. Most of the heavy-duty Double Planetary Mixers are used for non-flowing materials that require deaeration to insure an air free product before packaging.
This mixer includes the following features:
o Stainless steel construction
o Full vacuum operation
o Jacketed mix vessel for heating or cooling
o Dual post air/oil hydraulic lift
o Mix vessel on caster wheels
Designs are available from 1 pint through 750 gallons capacity. A variety of options including complete control packages, discharge systems, sanitary designs, etc. are available.
