Available in 15-50 hp ratings, KA Series of rotary screw oil flooded compressors feature electronic control system to monitor compressor functions. Control system monitors service timers, and also enables lead-lag operation or sequencing of multiple compressors without master controller. Direct drive 108 mm compressors have air/oil separator tank and multistage separator element to reduce oil consumption to less than 2 ppm by weight.

Kobelco's Rotary Screw Oil Flooded KA Series Compressor
Kobelco Compressors of America is proud to announce the release of a new line of rotary screw oil flooded compressors known as the KA Series. This new compressor line is available now for distribution. Kobelco is actively seeking distributors in all states who may be interested in an opportunity to sell and service this new line of compressors. This compressor line is competitively priced and offers long life with a standard 5-year warranty. This new 15Hp through 50Hp line offers easy maintenance features along with an array of options to meet your customers needs.
The KA Series is equipped with a standard electronic control system that monitors all of the compressors functions. It provides 24-hour protection and monitors service timers that activate alarms when maintenance is required. It also includes the capability of lead-lag operation or sequencing of multiple compressors without the aid of an expensive master controller. This 108mm direct drive package comes standard from the factory set at 125psig discharge pressure and is optionally available up to 175psig. It includes a heavy-duty skid and is capable of passing through a standard 36-inch door way enclosed.
A new cyclonic air/oil separator tank and oversized multistage separator element reduce the oil consumption to less than 2ppm by weight. Oversized coolers and an integrated thermostat lower approach temperature and improve lubricant life. The separator element and oil filter are of the spin-on type accessible from one side. While running unloaded energy consumption is drastically reduced by lowering the sump pressure to zero creating a substantially lower operation cost for the owner.
