The Customizer includes pre-loaded tools and information for maintaining a safety committee, as well as customizable templates for performing general safety committee activities, such as creating mission statements, agendas, meeting checklists and minutes, and more.
The software also provides ideas and themes for safety meetings, as well as safety and health incentive program ideas. Training overviews with handouts are also included. Documents can be printed, saved, edited or e-mailed to committee members directly from the software.
Summaries of individual state regulations relevant to safety committees as well as ROI information and best-practices documents are also included.

Note: Although safety committees are not required at the federal level, 14 states have requirements for committees. Others do not require safety committees, but encourage their formation and use, publish guidelines for them, or have reduced Workers' Compensation premiums for employers who establish them.
