Global 360 Reduces Operational Risk by Enhancing Business Process Design and Analysis

Leading Business Process Optimization Provider Develops Unique Process Simulation Solution With BOS Process Modeler With Simulation 1.0

DALLAS, Nov. 13 / -- Global 360, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) and optimization solutions, today announced the general availability of Business Optimization Server (BOS) Process Modeler with Simulation 1.0. Process Modeler with Simulation enables organizations to document "as is" business processes, collaborate on "to be" process improvements and justify BPM projects through ROI analysis. BOS Process Modeler with Simulation is available as a standalone product with interactive simulation statistics or can be integrated with Global 360's BPM Suite or BOS solution for in-depth analysis of process scenarios alongside production process event data.

Designed for the business analyst, BOS Process Modeler provides a complete set of tools for analyzing, modeling, simulating, monitoring and optimizing businesses processes. Using actual production data for work arrival patterns, processes can be quickly described into an intuitive visual modeler and simulated for the user. Simulation data can be analyzed online at runtime and output into a spreadsheet or sent to the BOS Analytic Engine for multi- dimensional analysis.

"Global 360 offers best-in-class solutions that help us meet the demands of our financial services customer base," said Cormac McCarthy, managing director at Phoenix Technology Group. "This enhancement to our clients' current BPM technologies provides the tools to realize increased ROI by leveraging existing IT investments."

For businesses wanting to perform return-on-investment analysis of proposed new processes, analyze changes to existing processes before production or understand the impact of operational changes to business processes and objectives, BOS Process Modeler addresses these complex and critical process analysis activities. Users have the ability to test drive business processes with actual, relevant organizational data, assessing risk and identifying discrepancies in the process prior to implementation.

"BOS Process Modeler is designed with business analysis in mind," said Michael Crosno, president and CEO of Global 360. "We've developed the solution for organizations who need to synthesize vital core business processes, examine current and future process deployments and optimize these methods to maintain a competitive edge."
