The new service provides a monitoring feature that includes free alerts via SMS' and emails in the event of any outages. Regardless of their company size or IT budgets, business users are able to benefit from enterprise-level network protection through PacNet's expertise in managed services.
PacNet's managed service addresses customer's security needs, while taking away the complexity of setup and maintenance. Customers will also have one less budgeting burden to worry about as there are no upfront hardware costs to pay. PacNet NetworkGuard is currently available in two packages -- one for companies with up to 20 employees; and the other for companies with between 21 and 250 employees.
