SAPPHIRE CG Series Ink for Metal and Glass - New Pad and Screen Printing Ink from Inkcups Now Corp.

October 1, 2006

Inkcups Now has recently introduced the exceptionally glossy and opaque CG Series ink series that handles nearly all metal and glass products. It accepts two different hardeners, which widens the range of application even more. The CG series has been very successful with products such as stainless steel travel mugs, metal pens, glass tumblers, mint and candy tins, light bulbs, carabineers, and many more. This ink cures under a fairly low temperature (180 F), enabling the operator to print and pack immediately without having to let the product sit overnight. In addition, this series is easy to process and has a long pot life.

The CG series is a two-component ink; it is available in 21 standard color shades. Like all Sapphire series, CG ink is Proposition 65 compliant. A twelve color mixing system and free formulation guide is available for the generation of Pantone colors. For printing onto dark and translucent substrates the series features a High Density ink product line - not only in white and black, but is offered in a complete line of colors.
