November 7, 2006 - Featuring 1 and 2 piece clamp-style construction, High Temperature Shaft Collars are manufactured from variety of alloys such as Type 330 Stainless for service up to 2,250ºF. Customized to sizes from ½-10 in. ID, collars suit drive systems, conveyors, mixers, test fixtures, and other applications. Product incorporates features such as threaded, square, or hexagonal bores, and mounting holes on face or OD.

Shaft Collars Withstand High Temperatures


Custom shaft collars that can be manufactured from high temperature alloys for chemical, industrial, medical, and power generation applications are being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.

Stafford High Temperature Shaft Collars can be manufactured from a variety of alloys such as Type 330 Stainless and others for service up to 2,250ºF. Featuring one- and two-piece clamp-style construction, they can be manufactured to customer specification in sizes from 1/2" up to 10" I.D.

Suitable for use in drive systems, conveyors, mixers, test fixtures, and numerous other applications, Stafford High Temperature Shaft Collars can incorporate special features such as threaded-, square-, or hexagonal bores, and mounting holes on the face or O.D.
