Spray Fluxing System delivers positive hole penetration.

October 3, 2006 - Designed for VectraElite(TM) Wave Soldering Systems, ServoSpray(TM) servo-controlled, reciprocating spray fluxing system features air atomized spray head, pressure tank flux supply system, self-cleaning nozzle capability, and ability to spray in one or both directions. With separate flux and air valve to control atomizing nozzle, fan-like spray pattern is delivered parallel to PCB holes and pallet openings to maximize hole penetration and transfer efficiency.

Speedline Technologies Announces Availability of ServoSpray(TM) Flux Application System for VectraElite(TM) Wave Soldering Systems

FRANKLIN, Mass., Aug. 30 // -- Speedline Technologies, Inc. today announced the availability of New Plateau Technologies' ServoSpray(TM) flux application system on their Electrovert VectraElite wave soldering systems.

"Speedline's wave soldering customers will see many benefits in this new offering, which complements the industries most comprehensive spray fluxer product lineup. ServoSpray provides our customers with a cost effective method of applying flux as it delivers positive hole penetration and spray uniformity for a wide range of fluxes at a competitive price," said Richard Burke, Wave Solder Product Manager of Speedline Technologies.

The ServoSpray is a servo-controlled reciprocating spray fluxing system which features an air atomized spray head, pressure tank flux supply system, self-cleaning nozzle capability, and the ability to spray in one or both directions via recipe control.

A separate flux and air valve, control the ServoSpray's atomizing nozzle. Its fan-like spray pattern is delivered parallel to PCB holes and pallet openings, maximizing hole penetration and transfer efficiency while minimizing pallet edge shadowing.
