User can import records from any ODBC compliant database, specify number of times each fax number should be dialed, submit fax job, and leave it to run in background. Statistical reports on fax jobs can be run and exported to Excel, and data can be re-exported back to database to update records.

Equisys Launches Broadcast Fax Solution to Compete with Online Fax Services
Zetafax FaxBroadcast offers low cost, high performance bulk faxing
Equisys, the developer of software solutions for document production and delivery, today announced the availability of Zetafax FaxBroadcast, a specialist product for businesses that regularly send faxes to large distribution lists.
The product enhances Equisys' market leading Zetafax fax server technology to provide an affordable alternative to sending fax broadcasts via internet services.
"FaxBroadcast provides real benefits for companies that regularly send fax mail shots, even those that currently use web service providers" explained Chris Oswald CEO of Equisys. "It provides bulk faxing with no ongoing charges other than the cost of the phone call. In addition, the user is provided with complete control over creation and delivery of the fax job - fax jobs can be rushed to the front of the delivery queue; they can be interrupted and resumed whenever convenient; there are also no limits on the number of users that can use the product".
FaxBroadcast takes the time and effort out of creating and sending faxes in bulk to large numbers of recipients. It is ideal for marketing, finance or sales departments that want to send mass communications quickly. FaxBroadcast includes an advanced Zetafax server which enables faxes to be processed faster, reducing the time taken to execute fax jobs and as a result reducing call charges (up to 20,000 faxes per hour can be submitted*). Unlimited numbers of users across the organisation can also prepare and submit fax jobs simultaneously, relying on the Zetafax server to manage the priority.
Users can easily import unlimited numbers of contact records from any ODBC compliant database, choose the number of times that each fax number should be dialled, submit the job and leave it to run in the background. When the job is complete, statistical reports can be automatically run and exported to Excel. Data can also be re-exported back to the database to enable updating of records.
For businesses that do not already use PC based faxing, Zetafax FaxBroadcast can deliver cost-savings of more than 80% over existing processes, by replacing paper with production and delivery by fax.
Available at a special price starting at £995 for 2 lines and 5 users, the FaxBroadcast software can be used for 2 to 180 lines.
