April 3, 2002 - Series HDV Heavy Duty Vertical toggle clamps have hardened-steel axles and forked lower handles consisting of heavy-gauge, precision, alloy-steel castings. Holding capacities range from 660 to 5200 lbs. Variations include weldable arms, adjustable U-bars, T-handles, and stub-nosed arms for welded extensions.

Beefy Construction Withstands Abuse

CLEVELAND, OH - March 7, 2002 - A new line of Heavy Duty Vertical (HDV Series) toggle clamps has been introduced by Jergens, Inc. The clamps are intended to provide exceptional durability and to withstand abuse in heavy duty applications. Forked lower handles are heavy gauge precision alloy steel castings, and all axles are of hardened steel. A number of variations are available, including weldable arms, adjustable U-bars, T-handles and stub-nosed arms for welded extensions.

Holding capacities are from 660 to 5200 lbs.
