Small Space Multi-Media Wiring Panel Introduced By Cooper Wiring Devices
March 1, 2002 - To meet the on-premise structured wiring needs of apartments and condos, Cooper Wiring Devices has introduced the LittleBrother(TM) 5575 Multi-Media Manager. The new small-space unit (8.75" [22.23 cm] W x 11.125" [28.26 cm] H) adds the convenience of centralized premise wiring into a small - but easily accessed - wiring panel.
The LittleBrother 5575 is designed to be mounted onto a standard 2-gang electrical box. All areas of the painted metal panel are openly accessible, and the layout provides logical separate channels for voice, data, and video cables. Unit modules provide six voice ports, six data ports, and eight-way video splitting. It supports 20 separate terminal locations within a single residence.
The LittleBrother 5575 Multi-Media Manager complies with TIA 570-A residential wiring standards, EIA/TIA 568B category 5e wiring standards for data, and EIA/TIA 568B category 3 wiring requirements for voice.
