New Foot Operated Swivel Lock Converts Swivel Casters To Rigid Models
JONESBORO, ARKANSAS - Colson recently introduced a new foot operated caster swivel lock that quickly converts swivel casters to rigid casters for straight-line tracking.
Because the new swivel lock is operated with foot action, the user is no longer required to bend over and engage a hand operated pull-ring as is found on most models. This ergonomic advantage helps reduce worker back strain, hand soreness and increases worker efficiency.
When the foot pedal is in the "up" position, the swivel lock is locked into one of four positions at 90deg intervals. When the pedal is pushed down, the lock is disengaged for free swiveling action.
