Model 222-D portable vibration signature profiler, analyzer, and 2-plane dynamic balancing instrument can identify unbalance, resonance, mechanical looseness, and bad bearings. Corrective actions are recorded via prints made before and after vibration signatures. Model 222-D is suitable for rotating machines, and can also be used to dynamically balance fans, shafts, rotors, impellers, spindles, propellers and other process machine parts.

The versatile Model 222-D is a portable, vibration signature profiler, analyzer and two-plane dynamic balancing instrument in one package. The Model 222-D is used to analyze machine vibration to identify problems such as unbalance, resonance, mechanical looseness, and bad bearings. The instrument prints before and after vibration signatures that are used as a permanent record of corrective actions. The 222-D is used on all types of rotating machines such as motors, fans, pumps, turbines, blowers, grinders, milling machines, lathes and machining centers.
The Model 222-D can also be used to dynamically balance fans, shafts, rotors, impellers, spindles, propellers and other process machine parts.
The Model 222-D includes the profiler/analyzer/balancer instrument, two sets of pickups, cables, and magnetic base clamps, a strobe light, carrying case, operator's manual and calibration certificates for $6,600.00.
